Returns & Exchanges
Right Here at Home wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. We currently DO NOT accept returns for refunds, but do offer store credit. Any item on sale, or sitewide sale, or promotional code is considered a Final Sale. Any discounts, promotions, or shipping costs will not be transferred over to the new purchase. Please be sure to use the sizing chart within the item to make sure you are choosing the correct size. Please see the Returns section below for more details.

Please contact us Here. We only accept products back if they have been unwashed, unworn, and with all the original tagging attached.
Right Here At Home must be notified for size exchanges within 7 Calendar Days of delivery date as shown on your shipment tracking. No Exceptions. If an item is damaged or defective you must notify us within 3 Calendar Days of delivery date shown on your shipment tracking.
RETURNS
To start a return, you can contact us Here for the request and prepaid shipping label. If your item is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid USPS return shipping label. The cost of the Label will be deducted from your store credit once we receive the item back. Customer's will be responsible for all shipping costs.
If you wish to ship the item back on your own you may do so. If you choose to ship it back on your own you will receive the full subtotal of the item back in store credit. Returns must be sent back within 10 days of receiving a prepaid shipping label, or authorized email for self shipping. You may be requested to provide Right Here At Home with the tracking number if we need it .
Please note, exchanges may take up to 3-5 business days after receiving the item to be processed. Customers will be given a store credit with the dollar amount in which the item was purchased for (Subtotal). Any discounts, promotions, or shipping costs will not be transferred over to the new purchase. Store credit will be issued to the customer via Email in the form of a code that can be applied to your next purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 business days to receive store credit once the item has arrived at our facility.
Items purchased on sale, final sale, or clearance are not eligible for exchanges/returns. In the event a custom item or order is created, which is an order with any alterations to colors/names/garment material etc. other than the listing, will not be eligible for exchanges/returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ITEMS WHEN THEY ARRIVE, AS THEY COULD HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT.
If you have received a defective item, please Email us within 3 Calendar Days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 Calendar Days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage/defect within your email. Clothing Pilling is NOT considered a Defect please see the link HERE.
Right Here At Home is not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care and/or handling.
Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our facility is attempted.
GIVEAWAY WINNERS & PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
All Giveaway Prizes and/or Promotional Items are considered FINAL SALE and are non exchangeable or returnable. These items are also not eligible for a cash value or store credit.
